Claudia Di Maio doesn’t photograph the idea of a beautiful life, she photographs life beautifully. Full of warmth and spontaneity, her images reveal a wonderful ability to make spaces, products and people feel part of the same story.

Claudia sees a room as more than simply a backdrop. Texture, light and shadow become players in a performance - an approach that runs throughout her work, where intimate tableaux take center stage.

Claudia’s Italian heritage has nurtured an appreciation for interiors, food and the rituals of daily life, enriching her photography with expressive gestures and an unmistakable sense of individuality.

Her commercial work includes collaborations with Brooklinen, Blueland, Ruggable, Framebridge and Pentagram Design, alongside editorial work for domino. Claudia has also recently published her first book, Eyes Wide Open, a collection of photographs and personal reflections from a five-week journey across the American West, exploring themes of freedom, self-discovery and the connection between people and places.
