“Be cool” as Joni Mitchell would say. We’d say perhaps she was singing about the wonderful food photographer and director Aaron Graubart, who is based in London and works in NY as a local. He has the modernist’s intense passion for color and unexpected framing and loves the sleek and fun British mod style of the 1960s. He loves warmth and authenticity, collecting vintage guitars and exploring the woods and forests with his big black dog Jaco.
